Baked Salmon w. Dill
Med Veg.
Salmon Fillet
1/2 Lime
1Tbsp Dill
Sea salt
Cracked Black Pepper
(Crushed Garlic Optional)
Fresh Spinach leaves
5 Cherry Tomatoes (Quartered)
1/4 Cucumber (Diced)
1/5 Red Onion (Diced)
2Tbsp. Mixed Beans
Black or Pimento Olives
Balsamic Vinegar
Bake the salmon in foil in a preheated hot oven (like, maybe 280degrees, ish) before you wrap it in the foil squeeze the lime over the top, shake over the dill, add cracked black pepper and salt - I like LOTS of seasoning, but whatever you like. Throw it in the oven for 10-15mins (I find its good to get a salmon fillet with skinnyish ends cause they sometimes come out crispy.)
In the meantime, throw the salad together. Top it with beans. Balsamic over the top.
Top it with ur salmon when done.
